The Hollywood Brown Derby is the crowning jewel of the full service restaurants at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Made to mimic the famed Hollywood restaurant that opened in the late 1920’s, this restaurant replicates the real Brown Derby is many ways, from the caricatures of famous celebrities on its walls on the inside to the fine cuisine that made it so famous.
