Epcot® Attraction Description

Future World Attractions

Spaceship Earth Pavilion
Spaceship Earth – This 16 million-pound, 180-foot-tall golf ball look alike houses a 14-minute ride that lets guests travel back through time to see how humans learned to communicate and how it has evolved over the years. Since it is the first attraction at Epcot (just inside the park’s gates), lines are usually long. If that is the case, catch this later in the day when the line goes down, especially if you have children.

Imagination! Pavilion
Journey Into Imagination With Figment – Take a ride with this playful purple dragon through the Imagination Institute, where you will explore human imagination and our five senses along the way.

"Honey, I Shrunk The Audience – Loosely based on “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids,” this attraction goes beyond the typical 3-D experience, as everyone in the audience is ‘shrunk’ in another one of Professor Wayne Szalinski’s experiments.

Mission: SPACE® Attraction
Mission: SPACE® Attraction – All four members of your astronaut team have special commands as you all embark on a journey to space that is so realistic it feels as if you were on a real mission. There are two training options: the Orange Team, which is high intensity, and the Green Team, which is less intense (tip: if you get motion sickness, choose Green!).

Mission SPACE® Attraction Advanced Training Lab – Play the Mission: SPACE® Attraction race, where two teams are pitted against each other to see who can rocket back to the space station first!

The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion
The Seas with Nemo & Friends – Cruise in a clamobile as you ride along with all of your favorite friends from the animated feature “Finding Nemo.” Afterwards, interact with your favorite sea turtle, Crush, in Turtle Talk with Crush. You can also travel through glass tunnels that allow them to view oceanic wildlife in their natural habitat.

The Land Pavilion
Soarin’ – Soarin’ came to Epcot® in 2005 after becoming one of the most popular attractions at Disney’s California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif. Guests will simulate hand gliding over the natural wonders of the state of California and will even feel the wind in their hair and experience smells such as the California orange groves.

Living with the Land – This 14-minute boat ride takes guests through a man-made forest, the African desert and the American plains to discover the latest developments in aquaculture and desert farming.

Circle of Life – This attraction, located in The Land pavilion, is a 20-minute movie that combines live action with animation. Characters from the Walt Disney animated film, “The Lion King,” educate guests on the dangers that face our environment.

Universe of Energy Pavilion
Ellen’s Energy Adventure – This 45-minute presentation features comedian Ellen DeGeneres and scientist Bill Nye (The Science Guy). On the attraction, you will travel through the creation of the universe (including a ride among prehistoric dinosaurs) to explore how energy is created and used throughout the world.

Wonders of Life Pavilion
Body Wars – This flight simulator-type ride takes you on a journey through the human body.

Cranium Command – Enter the brain of 12-year-old boy in this stage and film production that examines how the brain works.

The Making of Me – This 14-minute film follows a character who looks back and witnesses his parents meet, fall in love and eventually, even his own birth!

Test Track® Attraction Pavilion
Test Track® Attraction – Take on the role of a test driver for General Motors as you go through a series of tests, including a speed test on 50-degree banked turns at speeds of up to 65 mph.
Future World

Innoventions: The Road to Tomorrow – Experience the technology of tomorrow today, with interactive exhibits that allow you to do things such as becoming an action figure in a video game.

Imageworks – The Kodak “What If” Labs – Use your body movements to make music or transform yourself into an animal and email the photo to friends at this interactive exhibit.

Kidcot Fun Stops – Look for these stops at all 14 pavilions, where your child can custom-create their very own vibrant mask that features things from all around the world.

France Pavilion
Impressions de France – Soar over the sights of France in this 18-minute panoramic film at the France Pavilion.

Mexico Pavilion
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros – This relaxing boat ride at the Mexico Pavilion showcases the people, culture, history and arts of Mexico.

Canada Pavilion
O Canada! – Discover the glory of Canada in the stunning view of Circle-Vision 360. Warning: There are no seats in this theater, so you will be standing throughout the presentation!

China Pavilion
Reflections of China – Explore China as you’ve never seen it before in this Circle-Vision 360 film, from Beijing to Shanghai.

U.S.A. Pavilion
American Adventure Show – In the U.S.A. Pavilion, you can view this almost 30-minute presentation that uses a mixture of Audio-Animatronic characters and film to bring America’s heroes and history to life.
