Epcot® Hotels

The Walt Disney World® Resort has several deluxe resort accommodations, but some of the best are right outside the Epcot's® doorsteps. Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Boardwalk Villas, Disney’s Beach Club, Disney’s Yacht Club, Disney’s Beach Club Villas and Disney’s Caribbean Beach resorts are all Epcot-affiliated hotels, and you can’t go wrong with a stay at any of them!

Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is one of the most popular and elegant on property due to the location and deluxe amenities of this Atlantic City-style resort. The setting of this resort is impeccable, as it is located alongside a Boardwalk and lake with endless bounds of entertainment, dining and shopping choices (not to mention its close proximity to Epcot®). This hotel offers 378 rooms, all decorated with cherry wood furniture, several restaurants, a full health club, day care and children’s programs, tennis courts and swimming pools. Disney’s BoardWalk Villas are also adjacent to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. While these studio, one, two and three-bedroom villas are part of Disney’s Vacation Club program, they are also offered as hotel rooms to non-members when there are vacancies. The difference in these villas as opposed to a regular room is that the villas have kitchenettes or full kitchens and space for up to 12 guests.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club are New England-inspired lakeside resorts situated along a 25-acre lake (across the water from Disney’s BoardWalk Inn). Both are nautical in theme and have great outdoor areas, including a joint 750,000-gallon pool area that would be a mile long if you stretched it out and has a sand bottom and a slide that begins in a pirate ship that kids love. Beware though: this pool is such a huge attraction that you must be a guest at one of these two hotels to access it, and you must have your room card as well to get inside the gates. Both hotels also offer a variety of indoor and outdoor activities such as boat rentals, tennis, a full-service health club, a barber and beauty shop and a plethora of restaurants (of note: be sure to check out Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, a restaurant that also has the best ice cream selections on property. But be prepared to wait – this space is tiny, so you may want to hop in the to-go line and eat your food outside lounging on a chair on the beach!). Disney’s Beach Club Villas, which opened in the summer of 2002, is also adjacent to these resorts. These villas are also part of Disney’s Vacation Club program, but, like the BoardWalk Villas, can be booked on a space-available basis.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach is the only moderate value resort located in the Epcot area, but guests who stay here are sure to be pleased by the island feel of the hotel, as there are five Caribbean “villages” on this 200-acre tropical paradise. There are plenty of amenities to be found here also, including room service, child services and babysitting, laundry facilities, a vast array of restaurants and tons of recreation activities.

No matter which resort you choose to stay at, you will always have the privileges that are associated with staying at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort. You will enjoy Extra Magic Hours (before the parks open and after they close), in which only resort guests get to experience the best attractions with much lesser crowds. If you are flying into Orlando International Airport, you can also take advantage of Disney’s Magical Express Transportation®, which picks you up and takes you to your Walt Disney World®  Resort free of charge. Transportation is also complimentary on-site at your resort hotel, as you can hop on a bus and be shuttled anywhere on property without ever having to spend a dime to park or worry about how to get where. There are other resort benefits as well, such as the Disney Dining Plan, an offer where you can save 40 percent on dining on over 100 restaurants across property, as well as complimentary package delivery and amazing facilities that only Walt Disney World® Resort guests can enjoy.
